Services We Offer
Also called mobile homes, manufactured homes are built inside a factory facility, which means that weather will not affect the build time. They are built in 12′ or 14′ sections and are shipped to our dealership when completed. When a home is sold, it is delivered and setup on the property site. This type of house can reside in a location temporarily or permanently. Monroe County Mobile Homes provides sales and setup of new and used manufactured homes. This includes both singlewide and doublewide models. In addition to mobile home sales and setup, we can help you with financing options.
Like a mobile home, modular homes are manufactured off-site and then delivered in two or more sections to be assembled on location. Once a modular home is placed on site, it cannot be moved because it comes off frame and is permanently affixed to the property. The assembly process typically includes laying down a traditional, permanent, concrete foundation. Modular homes come in a variety of designs, and can be completely customized to match your aesthetic tastes and needs. Compared to a traditionally built home, the prices will be lower.
